Assign single node to all dimension members via DM package?

Hi Experts,

I have a Internal order (0COORDER) dimension which gets loaded from BW but does not have a hierarchy in BW.

For reporting purposes, I need to assign all the dimension members to a dummy node called ALL_IO.

Is it possible to do this using the load hierarchy data manager package without manually maintaining the hierarchy in Web Admin?

How should the Hierarchy load transformation file look like?
