DM - View Package Status and Run Package - error message

We are on NW 7.5 SP07...

Getting an error message while trying to click on the view package status or run package..

Error message is "An error occurred while starting Data Manager Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\bpcpadm\AppData\Local\Temp\..." and then gives a message "Error occurred while getting the dimension list from the server" once click ok to the first message.

We have DM log files staying in the server for years, does it has anything to do with that?  Will deleting these using ZUJF_DLT_DM_LOG_FILES help?
