[OPEEND] refering to last year END and not last Period

Hi

I am trying to do a carry forward for the month and subsequestly do a FX translation. For the [OPEEND], the system is reffering to last year DEC and not thelast month which is what I want to do. How can I define OPEEND to look at just last period and not last year last period?
