Empty users list in SAP BPC 101nw - web page

Hello guys,

I have a small problem with adding users on SAP BPC front end.

So, when I try to add new user, the list with all users to add in the environment is empty. How can I do to appear some users? I read this post Backend Roles for SAP BPC & Managing User from Backend System but I need more details.

I must say that I have SAP BPC for Netweaver, version 10.1.
