Issue with local connection SAP BPC to SAP BW

Hi experts,

When I try to make a local connection I don't have SAP BW OLE DB Provideroption

Didyouknowwhy? or how can I getthisoption?. I attached the image:

Also when i try to do a BAPI provider for BW NW connection to my local bw server or to an external bw server I get  this error.

Did you know how I can fix it?
