Hi all
I have installed the EPM add in for my users - about 40 of them. I can login to the input schedules and open the reports etc successfully. I can change the context as well.
However, when I try to refresh nothing happens. I do get the "Processing in progress" dialog box, but no data changes. If I change the context, the original report (as it was opened remains so). I also noticed that the save data button is greyed out, although the input form check on the options menu is checked.
I have given the guys admin access just to check that task profiles (or even data access) were not the culprits. No success.
If I login to their machines with my credentials, I can see the reports working away properly. Their logins - no changes.
Attached is the EPM log from one of the affected users. Could you please help?
