Geting Error while Downloading Journal through EPM EXCEL

Hi Experts,

I am getting Error while downloading Journal through EPM Excel data manager tab -> Download.

We are on BPC10 NW SP06.

Does any one Face this issue earlier.Your Help is really Appreciated.

As a workaround , i am able to get the journal file using UJFS, but Customer/user wants to download through Excel Addin ->DataManager->Download.

Any ideas are welcome
