"Impossible to retrieve dimension Entity in the application" issue when trying to select the dimension in a data manage package

Hi Experts,

Would like to ask about the issue below. We are trying to click "Add" to choose an Entity dimension but we have encountered an issue. We were able to temporarily fix the issue by Clearing Metadata cache and/or Refreshing metadata but this happened frequently and would like to have a permanent fix... We just recently upgraded to BPC 10.1 and HANA. Before the upgrade, this did not happened. Thank you in advance.
