how to set the Work Status on many hierachies

Hello ,

I know that we need to set a specific hierachy for the owner Dimension of the Data Locking settings.

My question is , would it be possible to set up the Work Status on more than 1 hierarchy ( in my caseActual and  Plan data use different hierarchy and therefore I cannot not use the Work Status for both cases) ?

If not, how would you solve such issues ?
