Problems Uploading files

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem when I upload file to server. The steps are the following:

• Files are saved from Excel as CSV, but I can't change

• I push upload link.
• I select the file.
• I push preview bottom.
• Records don't appear well.

Is there any way to upload well?
