Perhaps it's a very strange question, but does subject exist anywhere available for S-user? I looked for a lot of documentation and notes and still didn't find anything except Analysis 2.1 Q&A where Tammy Powlas says
Yes there will be SP's for EPM 10 as long as it in maintenance - until 2020
Also just downloaded SP23 P1, several weeks ago SP23, but wonder when SP24 is planned for release; http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1366676 ends at SP23 P1 and doesn't contain any weeks/months/years.
