Hi,
We have an EVDRE that was developed in BPC 7.5 NW but works fine in BPC 10 NW. When we go to click our Button to send the data in, we get the following message that pops up: "Empty cache or old data. Click refresh to retrieve data Error"
We click ok, and then the template does seem to submit the data correctly, but we need to figure out how/why this happens and prevent it.
Any ideas/thoughts/history with this, and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
Things i have tried out till now: I deleted the EVDRE Data Cache sheet to get it regenerated but that did not help. I tried a few tricks with the Cache sheet by manually overwriting it. Then it worked and i was able get rid of the message but when i saved the schedule and reopened it the problem reappeared as my manual 'adjustments in the cache were again overwritten.
