Issue in BPF error-"contact your planning and consolidation administrator"

Hi Guru's,

I am working on SAP BPC support project Version NW 7.5.

This regarding the user issue while access the bpf.

issue is briefly explained as in below steps.

1.User is successfully login to BPF and BPF steps

2. After this user try to go back BPF main page by selecting "Back to my activities"

3.Instead of getting Main page user getting error " contact your planning and consolidation administrator"

We have checked User Member Access profiles and every thing is correct.

Please guide me on this issue.
