INCEPTION TO DATE CUSTOM MEASURE

Dear All,

I want to have a Custom Measure defined where it is INCEPTION TO DATE (ITD).

This Means from Beginning of Time till the current month.

For E.g. If I select TIME Dimension Value as : 2014.04, I should get result values from Beginning of Time Till 2014.04
